The booking process was not transparent at the time of booking, I only found out that we had booked the room for 4 hours upon arrival. I had to extend it and pay more. Taj Bangalore
As usual a great stay — this is my go-to when I catch the BA flight to London. The spa was a little disorganised regarding a pre-booked appointment but the manager (didn’t get her name unfortunately) went above and beyond to resolve the issue.
