We are the ONLY 2 Bedroom/2 Bathroom in the community that offers complete, comfortable accommodations for up to 6 guests at competitive 1Bed/1Bath pricing! Unit 38 “SANDCASTLE SUITE” is the larger style, two story design. Walk into the first floor open layout with a cozy living room, modern kitchen, full bath and full-size Samsung "smart" washer/dryer. The upper floor has been converted to a unique, PRIVATE 2 Bedroom, each with it's own balcony & includes the 2nd bath. Our beach home is meticulously furnished and thoughtfully decorated to create a serene and inviting atmosphere. Each bedroom contains a Queen Size bed with a heavenly Casper Select 12" hybrid mattress in addition to a lounge chair that converts to a single "sleeper sofa" in the event you would like to have your guest/child sleep in the same room. We also have a full-size couch in the living room that converts to a queen size sleeper sofa with an upgraded 5-inch gel mattress for ultimate comfort! With our community's stunning waterfront location, endless recreational activities, and our luxurious accommodation, we promise an unforgettable vacation experience for fishing enthusiasts and nature lovers alike. Situated just minutes away from world-class fishing spots, charming marinas, and the famous 7-Mile Bridge, this destination offers endless opportunities for adventure and relaxation. Beyond fishing, Marathon offers an array of recreational activities for guests of all ages. Wonderful stay!

The property was clean and the communications before and during our stay were great. Plenty of restaurants, and grocery stores are close by. The community is beautiful and full of friendly folks. There is an area by the water called "The Rec Room," which we discovered during our visit. It is an area where the community members gather and you can use the nice grills, and eat/watch tv right by the water. We absolutely loved our stay and will be back to visit!

Cozy, quiet and beautiful

We stayed in our unit for a week all the way to Thanksgiving. What a great place in a great community and great town. Check in and communication with Ganit the property manager was very easy. The unit itself has everything that a family freshly off the plain might need: fully stocked kitchen, linen, towells. The community is quiet, everybody is very friendly. Fishing pier is a dream. We actually stayed there 10 years ago when buildings were different but the pier is still there and looks same as then but also looks newly built. In general property is well taken care off. Pool is a plus if you have kids, but it was a little chilly for 70 degree weather. Also I wish all the lights worked in the water by the pier. You can watch big tarpon fish swimming around in the evenings… Great location! We’ll definitely look to book it next time we are back in Marathon. Thank you, Ganit and Ocean Isles!
