After driving 15th, we arrived to find the unit occupied. After triple checking my confirmation, we contacted the host. The owners mismanaged their availability, denied having our reservation, and told us to get off the property! VRBO promised to help us, then denied assistance. Beware of John and Melissa’s Creepy Cottage. Greedy, rude and careless owners!!
