Christmas Vacation for our kids

Location was great and nice view of Duck Key. Definitely paying for location. When first arrived, the place smelled musty and moldy. Place didn't seem cleaned or maybe been locked up for a while. A lot of dust and floor wasn't swept. Huge roach in bathroom and bedding had stains. Looked for a broom to sweep, property didn't have one. It sleeps for 6 but small and not enough bedding. Recommend to bring pillows and blankets if you plan to stay more than 1 or 2 days.Bed are not comfortable. Woke up with hip pain. Overall I recommend 3 stars especially for the price. Property Manager answered messages in reasonable time.

Terrible host

Host was unwilling to work with us despite all flights into Miami being canceled. Told me they couldn't swap because theybhad other bookings yet website showed they had multiple condos available for the day we wanted to swap to. Won't book with them again.

Das war ein Traum. Die Unterkunft war wie auf den Bildern. Die Umgebung der Unterkunft ist so super schön. Die Unterkunft war super sauber und alles hat funktioniert.. Wir konnten jeden Abend einen wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang auf dem Balkon genießen und Frank war immer gleich erreichbar.

Great Spring time get Away

The property was as advertised and met our needs perfectly. The patio was great and provided beautiful sunset views. It lays out that there is 2 parking spaces per condo, but someone should put in the book to park in front of your condo. It made it impossible to plug in and get a little extra charge for the Tesla. Frank was attentive to our messages. I would recommend the palce and also visit again personally.

Duck Key Stay Property ID 2139691

Property located in the Hawks Cay Resort area which was perfect. Furnishings were adequate and nice. Only minor issue was check out is stated as 11AM on the listing but is actually 10AM. However Frank extended it to 11AM after contact. Frank is responsive, if needed. Check in and out was very convenient. Would recommend the property and Frank as an owner.

Not as advertised

Condo was not clean. Dust everywhere and lint balls on the floor. Very sparsely furnished. No reading lights. Condo is by the causeway so automobile noise was constant. Should have been disclosed. No “Beach” as advertised. No beach chairs. No access to water due to large rocks. Bench by water broken so not safe to sit. Overall cost versus what was expected was disappointing. Frank called 10 minutes AFTER we departed to assure we were out. We were out at exactly 10:00 AM. Would not return.
