The heart of the home offers panoramic Gulf views from both the open-concept living room and fully equipped gourmet kitchen. Step out onto the balcony to enjoy breathtaking sunsets. This level features a king bedroom with en-suite bath, additional half bath, large pantry, wet bar with wine cooler, dining table for 8, and breakfast bar seating for 4. A perfect blend of function and style.

***3rd Level of the Home

Sleep in ultimate comfort with four spacious bedrooms, including the master suite with a private Gulf-view balcony, oversized walk-in shower, and walk in closet. An additional king en-suite with a double vanity, queen bedroom, and bunk room offer flexible sleeping arrangements. A shared hallway bathroom with a double vanity, plus double sets of washers & dryers, complete this level for total convenience.

••• Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 12 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 10 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.

••• Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.

••• If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.

••• Pool heating and chilling is available at any time of the year for a fee of $250+ tax per week before the reservation start date. If requested after check-in, additional fees may apply.
