Vacation in Paradise in our spacious (approx 1,700 sq. ft living space 3 bedroom 2 bath ground level home located in a quiet neighborhood in Marathon on the Gulfside of the island. Your dream vacation in paradise begins with an added bonus of no neighbors across the lush tropical nature preserve for added privacy! Our home boasts an extensive brick paver driveway and large parking area that can easily accommodate (1)boat trailer.

We are centrally located on a deep water flow-thru canal with 60 foot new concrete dock There is water and electric at the dock with a large bait freezer and commercial ice machine .There is a fish cleaning table to clean your fresh catch of the day. A fisherman's paradise awaits! We have direct Gulf/Bay access with only a few minutes boat ride to Vaca Cut for direct Ocean Access. You can be diving, snorkeling, and have your lines in the water in no time! We are a mere few minutes to Sombrero Beach, the Turtle Hospital and Crane Museum. Our custom in-ground heated pool has a beach entry ideal for leisurely lounging in the refreshing water and is surrounded by a brick paver patio with an extended concrete dock (great for fishing in the canal). the custom pool is in-ground concrete with built-in seating areas great for relaxing and enjoying a Keys cocktail. with a built-in heated spa with waterfall feature and natural rock details. The outside entertainment/pool area of our home is nicely appointed with patio tables and chairs, sun loungers, hand painted picnic table and a stainless steel gas grill. ,Large deep freezer. There is a ladder if you want to put your kayaks in the water. There is a additional fee if you want pool heated for the winter times $250 per week plus taxes . Property allows 1 vessel.

The interior of our home has central Air Conditioning .Ceramic tile floors thru-out with a spacious living room featuring a tropical themed decor including love seat and couch , coffee table, end tables & Lamps, lighted ceiling fan, 55" flat screen Smart HD TV . The kitchen/dining area is open and spacious offering a large kitchen island with 2 bar stools, a dining table with 8 chairs, a large cabinet storage pantry, custom cabinetry with granite counters and stainless steel appliances including a built-in microwave, smooth- top range, dishwasher, disposal, and refrigerator with ice/water on the door. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes, glasses, silverware, cooking utensils, pots/pans, cookware, toaster, coffee maker, and most importantly a margarita maker machine! The kitchen has a large pass-thru to the family room which is furnished with a large corner sectional couch, coffee table, end table with lamp lighted ceiling fan, and 55" flat screen smart HD TV. The family room has large windows with a gorgeous view of the pool/ outside entertainment area/canal plus a set of glass sliders that exit out to the pool/outside entertainment area as well as the dock Deep water canal. The master bedroom suite also has a set of glass sliders that exit out to the pool/outside entertainment area as well as the dock/canal. The master suite features a master bath with dual sinks and walk-in tiled shower. The master bedroom theme is seahorse its furnished with a comfortable king size bed, chest of drawers, armorer, night stands with lamps, chest of drawers, lighted ceiling fan, 40" flat screen smart TV . The guest bathroom has dual sinks with a shower/tub combo.

Our home has high-speed wireless internet and cable TV in the living room for all our guests. Security cameras and Central A C throughout home. It is also equipped with a washing machine and dryer and should you need to use one during your stay. there is a public boat ramp located right down the street at the corner of Aviation Blvd and Harbor Dr.

Marathon offers a variety of tourist attractions, shopping, restaurants, bars, grocery stores, marinas, bait & tackle shops, dive shops and more. Also Sombrero Beach is just a short drive from our home if you are looking to dig your toes into a white sandy beach!

The City of Marathon mandates that we rent ALL our Single Family Homes for a Minimum of 7 Days. Rentals Run from Saturday to Saturday Check in is at 4 pm and Check out is at 9 am. We look forward to accommodating you on your next fun-filled vacation in the beautiful Florida Keys!
