The sandy beach-side property was absolutely stunning! The view from our 3rd floor room overlooked the Atlantic with a walkable pier, private beach, pool, and jacuzzi. The room was spacious, clean and beautiful with subtle nautical and tropical touches.The breezy balcony overlooked tall palm trees and ocean. We had access to two on-property restaurants and a delightful tiki bar. The staff was always helpful, cheerful and courteous. Grassy Flats Resort and Beach Club is a total 5-star establishment! My husband and I will definitely be returning in the near future.

Staff was very enthusiastic and helpful. Food is excellent at the hotel restaurant. Property is clean and maintained. Beach, hot tub, and pool relaxing. Adult only was a huge plus. Plenty of water sports activities available. Excellent stay experience all the way around! We loved it so much that we decided to stay an extra night!
