Was a very clean resort. Make sure you make a reservation if you would like to eat at the rhum house. On property market is a gem. Live music on the palm deck was great.

Relaxed location on the keys, not too busy and plenty of restaurants nearby and on location to have a different experience each night. Resort had friendly and helpful staff with plenty of activities on site to take advantage of. 2 beautiful pool areas, beach area with various activities available including biking, kayaking, paddle boarding, floating cabana, sauna & tiki bar. Our stay at the Grassy Flats Resort & Beach Club was outstanding. Superb location & grounds, facilities and staff. Two great dining options, the Palm Deck outdoors casual and the Rhum House indoors, upscale and also with a great Ocean view. The Market next door was extremely convenient for breakfast, lunch option. Lastly, the "house cat" Wilma roaming the grounds is a real sweety!

The pool and pool area was nice. We liked how there was a separate adult pool from the kids pool. Also, the room was clean and had clean towels everyday. But, they allow dogs which was not a pleasant experience. Yipey dogs during the day & night was very disturbing and annoying.

We had an amazing time, and enjoyed our stay. Place is beautiful, staff is friendly and so accommodating! Didn’t know the Palm Deck and tiki bars and Rhum House had limited hours. They weren’t open at all our first couple days, and didn’t open until after 5 the last day there. If this was advertised I missed it. That’s the only thing I would change, having a bar on the property open more hours. Other than that we definitely enjoyed our stay here!

Noisey on the lower level, can hear guests stomping around above you. Hard beds and pillows. Good shower and nice balcony though. Pool was nice. Tiki bar is limited during the day. Didn't love that the rooftop bar and rhum house was closed Tuesday and Wednesday as the other restaurants in the area get very crowded.

Our room was absolutely spotless and was cleaned and remade each day were guests at Grassy Flats. The peacefulness of the property was what sold me to book our stay - we could not have been happier with this aspect! Every single member of the staff we encountered seemed concerned with us like we were the only guests on the property and our comfort and satisfaction were the most important things. After our stay, my wife and I have decided this will be an annual vacation for us!
