Happy Dazeis a stunning 3bed/2bath single family in Marathon with a private pool. Although it does not have dockage, there is ample space on property to keep boat on trailer and launch daily at public ramps.The home has an open concept kitchen & dining room, while the living room over looks the pool & water. Off the kitchen you will find the laundry room. Master has king bed with en suite bath, one guest bedroom has queen bed and other guest room has bunk bed (2 fulls w/twin trundle).
Shared hall bath. Outside you will find a great outdoor space with tiki hut & private pool. Here are some bonus amenties:bikes, pump, fishing rods, life jackets, beach chairs & umbrella***Whether you book directly with us, on Airbnb or --, you are required to esign our terms & conditions. These are emailed to you after the reservation has been confirmed. If you have any questions about them please let us know. We will also be requesting some additional information that the sites may not provide. Perfect Winter Getaway

The house was a perfect home base for all of our various family activities over the 3 weeks we were there. It felt like our home away from home. Very well stocked with everything we needed!

Nice house and neighborhood

Nice house with a couple small issues...steps in front could be improved with a few other small things but all in all nice place. Property managers were easy to work with, very nice and on the spot if you needed anything. Definitely would recommend.

marathon

There was never any contact with the property manager. We sent luggage ahead that we were told would be placed in the property, it wasnt. We received sarcastic voicemail telling us to get the luggage before 4 pm on Friday or we would not be able to get it until Monday. We thought the manager would at least check in with us over the month we were there, but she didnt. We didnt want to call her over everything we found as some were discovered only with use. There was only one king size sheet set for the master bed and that was dirty and stained when we arrived so we had to wash them. Three of the the blue wicker chairs in the yard were broken, two definitely unusable. The iron was found to have rusted water in it and there fore unusable. rusted water came out of the master shower and then cleared. I dont think that this place was checked thru by the manager before we got there. the palm tree near the house in the back needs pruning it constantly banged against the house. We would def come back to Marathon but not with this property or the managment team.
