    The tenants who rent from us have access to the entire property, which includes: 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom, a fully stocked kitchen, living room, and dining area, a dock for boats up to 27 feet, one boat on trailers up to 27-30 Ft. on the property with extra park for two vehicles.

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
GARBAGE: It is in the BROWN tanks. It is on Tuesday & Saturday you must make sure you take them out the day before Monday & Friday night. Please enter them after passing the collection truck.
RECYCLING: It is in the BLUE tank and is collected Saturday, it is taken out the day before (Friday night) Place the BLUE tank near the mailbox. Please enter them after passing the collection truck.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
