  • Welcome to the Marlin House (52). This stunning 3 bed, 3 bath luxury villa is located in the premier gated community of Indigo Reef. Immediate boat access to the Gulf of Mexico and Atlantic Ocean. 31' dockage included (trailer parking located across the street for a nominal charge at the Moose Lodge). Upon entry, you'll appreciate the professionally decorated open floor plan that expands through the gourmet kitchen/dining area, family room and into the outdoor covered lanai. Kitchen includes all of the amenities you'll need including Margaritaville Blender, Ice Cream Maker, Bread Maker, Keurig, Ninja coffee bar, crockpot and new stainless steel appliances. Three private bedrooms and two full bathrooms are located on the second floor each with direct deck access. Beds include Brooklinen Luxe Core line sheets and duvet covers. Sleeps 8. Enjoy happy hour on one of 3 spacious decks and grill your catch as you watch the sunset. 24/7 access to the owners should you need anything.
