About this property
Relaxing Pool Home on Open Gulf with Fantastic Panoramic View
- Our home in Marathon at M.M.51, is located in a tropical setting on the open gulf surrounded by lush palms. Marathon is home to world class fishing and diving. Our home has a 50' slip and 60' of dockage out front to accommodate most size boats.
Brand new flooring and salt water pool added late 2025. Pool can be heated or chilled for $150 additional a week.
The master bedroom has a king bed with a view and a nice breeze off the water. The second and third bedroom each have queen beds with a shared jack and Jill bathroom.
There is plenty of room to relax or entertain downstairs with multiple seating areas, dining, bar, TV with full bath and is totally screened.
Pets are allowed, $75 non refundable fee
