This property does NOT have access to Hawks Cay resort and pools. It does have a beautiful view of the water. However, it is billed as being have room for 6 but it is extremely tight. The interior needs updating. I would not return.

This place was extra ! The houskeeper left beautiful creations with the towels , everywhere . It made us all smile . Attention to detail was everywhere. They left the best goody bag in all the air bb s we rented . Great location . I’m definitely coming back !

We had a wonderful stay at Village at Hawks Cay Villas. The villa was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The air conditioning worked perfectly and kept the house cool throughout our stay. The location was great, and we really enjoyed our vacation. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Florida Keys!

The dryer did not work properly, had to dry one small load five times. The freezer could not keep ice cream melted. The fridge could not keep yogurt cold. The property just needs a total redo as far as up keep. The showers, the baseboards, cracks with pieces falling in the bedrooms. I would not go back.
