Yellowtail Escape! 3/2 single family w. 60ft dock

  • Welcome to Paradise! This beautiful Marathon home on a deep water canal awaits your vacation. This home sleeps 8 people very comfortably. The large master bedroom has a newly renovated en suite bathroom with a stand up shower and a king sized bed. It also has a private balcony off of the bedroom. The guest room has a queen sized bed. There is a 3rd bedroom off the kitchen overlooking the water thay has a murphy bed. There is a queen sized sleeper sofa in the living room.

    The backyard is equipped with a fish cleaning station, a large covered outdoor dining area, a grill, and 60 feet of dockage! The backyard is also fully fenced for your privacy and security. There are TV’s in the bedrooms and the living room, and WiFi throughout the home for your entertainment. This community has it’s own boat ramp for easy launch access. This vacation rental includes a Deep Freezer to store all of your bait, fish, and ice for the week. Enjoy watching parrotfish and lobster go by as you have your morning coffee by the water. The long extended driveway boasts plenty of room for your boat trailer or multiple cars. This beautiful home is minutes from tons of shops, restaurants, grocery stores, boat rentals, and more.
