I have kayaked from Lees Ferry before but drove from Page, it was so nice to be right up the road from Lees Ferry the morning of our kayake excursion. Loved the surrounding area, the beds were very comfortable. The only dislike was that there wasn't a small refrigerator we could keep our drinks in for the next day so they would be cold. With temps in 80's to 90's that was needed. Overall though would definitely stay again and next time for longer.

We did a 7 day rafting trip with Western River Expeditions and left our car here for those days, no problems at all. They do charge $10 a day for this service. Hotel was great and they have a gift store and brand new restaurant, food and coffee was amazing. Zero complaints will stay here again on our next trip.

Nice quiet place close to everything to explore marble canyon, clean rooms, awesome staff, restaurant have some unique options like prickly pear fries and blue corn pancakes

The rooms were clean, and nice. The laundry room was not available to guests. After traveling for days, this is why I chose this place. Overall good.

Basic motel, not a lodge. Expensive for a low end motel with no breakfast, no microwave, no refrigerator and awful instant coffee.

Room 103 and building were newly constructed. That’s good. Less good: room door was not air tight, allowing a constant flow of cold February air into the room. (Outside air temps were sub freezing at night.) Also less good: exhaust fan in bathroom was running 24/7, allowing the bathroom to stay chilled day and night. The last less good data point: there is no auxiliary heater in bathroom. In early February 2024 this amenity would have been appreciated. All said, we enjoyed our stay in the area.

The facility is real in bad condition. It is old and very outdated. The bed is very uncomfortable. The staff didn’t even knock on the door before she open the door.

Sheet had stain. Top blanket had impression like something was laid there but not refreshed the blanket. Room was warm. But static electricity in sheets was almost unbearable. Move the sheets and see a lightening storm. Same problem In next hotel we shifted to the following night. Maybe a they don’t expect such conditions to warrant a humidifier? Ok for guys. Wife but happy

Great hide away
Perfect quiet place. We stayed there when we went to vermillion cliffs. It’s a bit away from town but it wasn’t bad at all. It was very cold in the room and there was a big draft from the door and the bathroom. The views were amazing and the renovation they’re doing looks great. I recommend staying there

We had a comfortable night’s sleep. The area is beautiful. However, what wasn’t apparent while booking is that the property is under renovation. Our room itself was very clean and comfortable. But that’s it. There were no other facilities. No laundry. No food (nearby). Not even tea/coffee. I don’t think I’d have booked if I had known.

Relatively convenient to Grand Canyon (North Rim) and some of the slot canyons near Page. It was apparently late in the season, so the restaurant was not open seven days. Room was OK although the door sill was not sealed so we had some bugs in the room.

Ask for a room in the newest buildings
We stayed in the oldest building and it was pretty run down. Weak wifi, broken slider door to our patio, broken patio chair, and overall outdated. When we booked, the photos were of the newer buildings so we had no idea. Nonetheless the sheets and towels were crisp and clean, and the staff was courteous.

It is one of the few options we found to stay close to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. The facilities were undergoing renovations, but the room was nice. The on-site restaurant was decent. There is park near by where you can see the endangered Condors living in the wild.

Half renovated, but still good.
As of October 2023, renovation is still ongoing. Good news is, they have computerized payment that is fairly simple (no dial up), and they have strong wifi. The renovated rooms are really nice! Well done, simple and comfortable. I actually really liked it. The older rooms, not so much (our friend had one of those). This place will be really great when all the renovations are done.

Although the hotel is currently under renovations the food at the makeshift dining area was great! Sammy the waitress made each meal even better! Dennis the manager was very friendly and helpful. The newly renovated rooms were very nice — clean, roomy and stylish.

The mountains are gorgeous! There was no refrigerate in our room, but we had a cooler and they gave you free ice. So it worked out fine. There was construction going on there, but there was no issues because of it.

Marble Canyon is a uniquely beautiful area, and Marble Canyon Lodge was just a place to sleep, then get up early and get to the North Kiabab Trailhead. It was convenient for that purpose.

There was no restaurant to eat at the two days we were there. Had to go 9 miles to find a place to eat. There was no accommodations other than bed and bath in room. Some outside furniture was in poor condition.

Under construction
Hotel was under construction. Room looked new, but not finished. No refrigerator, coffee maker, or microwave. Had to get ice and coffee from the lobby that was a long walk on gravel beside a highway. Once construction is done it has the potential to be a nice place.

Will be great when it’s finished
At the time of our stay the new rooms were very much a building site with various jobs yet to be finished, (we left a list at reception) and patchy Wi-Fi. Restaurant is akin to a truck stop and the only alternative requires an 80 mile round trip to Page.

The bathroom did not look very clean (hair in sink, bugs in lights, dirty floor), the TV did not work, the blinds to the slider were broken so privacy was nonexistent, the slider would not lock so didn’t feel very safe at night so overall it was a very bad experience.

We chose this property because it was close to Lees Ferry for a trip we were embarking on. The property is half remodeled and half run down. Sadly we were in the rundown section. Rooms were older, bed was broken, bathroom light flickered as well as smelled unclean. Things overall in the whole building were falling apart. The hotel staff was amazing, professional, and super friendly. Restaurant served great food. If you stay here, just make sure you stay in the remodeled section as it appears they are not maintaining the older section until it gets remodeled.

The dining room was closed and we were not notified in advance even though there is nothing else anywhere close. Staff’s suggestion was snacks from the gas station that had almost nothing and no microwave or fridge in the room. Booked a king double given a room with a double and twin with a big footprint on the blanket. We left and drove two hours to get something acceptable. Staff completely rude and unhelpful. Charge for this room was $148!!!
