Traditional Istrian stone villa – 'Villa Ane' - Rakalj

"Wunderschöne, top gepflegte Anlage – hier fehlt es wirklich an nichts!Wir haben eine Woche zu viert in der Villa Ane verbracht und uns vom ersten Moment an ausgesprochen wohlgefühlt. Die gesamte Anlage ist absolut tipptopp gepflegt, sehr großzügig angelegt und bietet unglaublich viele Möglichkeiten, sich die Zeit zu vertreiben: Billard, großes Outdoor-Schach, Trampolin, verschiedene Schaukeln, Tischkicker und vieles mehr. Gerade mit Kindern bzw. Jugendlichen kommt hier garantiert keine Langeweile auf.Ein echtes Highlight ist der sehr gepflegte Pool. Das Wasser war immer frisch und angenehm – bei den Temperaturen von teilweise rund 35 Grad für uns Gold wert, um sich zwischendurch wirklich abkühlen zu können. Besonders schön ist auch die Outdoor-Dusche mit warmem Wasser, sodass man sich direkt vor oder nach dem Baden abduschen kann.Das Haus selbst ist rustikal, gemütlich und sehr schön landestypisch-mediterran eingerichtet. Das gilt ebenso für das separate Spielerhaus und passt wunderbar zur gesamten Anlage. Besonders gefallen hat uns auch die Grillecke: Der gemauerte Grill mit Kamin zieht hervorragend und es hat wirklich Spaß gemacht, dort abends zu grillen. Über das gesamte Grundstück verteilt gibt es zudem für praktisch jede Tageszeit eine schattige Sitz- oder Lounge-Ecke.Obwohl wir nur zu viert dort waren, ist uns besonders aufgefallen, wie großzügig und aufgelockert das Grundstück gestaltet ist. Hier könnten problemlos deutlich mehr Gäste Urlaub machen, ohne dass m"

"Hallo, wir waren Anfang Juli mit unserer Tochter im Steinhaus bei Martina.Wir waren für 10 Tage da und hatten einen wunderschönen und erholsamen Urlaub in Rakalj.Das Haus war in Wirklichkeit noch viel schöner als im Internet.Es hat an nichts gefehlt, war wunderschön und liebevoll eingerichtet.Es war sehr sauber, überall klimatisiert und man hat sich einfach wie zu Hause gefühlt. Martina war auch eine liebenswerte und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, die auch Tipps gegeben hat und mit Rat und Tat uns zur Seite stand.Besonders unsere 15 jährige Tochter hat das megaschöne Dachstudio sehr genossen.Alles in allem war es für uns ein superschöner und erholsamer Urlaub."

"La villa si trova in una posizione eccellente, vicinissima a Pula ma immersa nella tranquillità di un piccolo villaggio. È perfetta per chi desidera rilassarsi senza rinunciare alla comodità di raggiungere facilmente la città, le spiagge e tutti i principali servizi.La villa è estremamente funzionale: tutte le camere sono sullo stesso piano e ciascuna dispone del proprio bagno privato, un dettaglio molto comodo per gruppi o famiglie.Abbiamo trascorso gran parte del tempo negli splendidi spazi esterni. La piscina era fantastica, con una temperatura perfetta, le sdraio molto confortevoli e la cucina esterna, con il suo grande tavolo, è stata il punto di ritrovo ideale per tutto il soggiorno.Ogni dettaglio è stato curato con attenzione: tutte le camere erano fornite di prodotti per la doccia e abbiamo apprezzato anche piccoli accorgimenti, come i diffusori antizanzare già predisposti. Sono particolari che dimostrano quanto i proprietari siano attenti alle esigenze degli ospiti.L’unico suggerimento che mi sento di dare è aggiungere qualche cassetto o spazio contenitivo nella cucina esterna, per poter riporre alimenti e utensili senza dover fare avanti e indietro con la cucina interna.Damir e Tamara sono host eccezionali: gentili, disponibili e sempre pronti ad aiutare. Infine, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è davvero eccellente: per tutto ciò che offre questa villa, il prezzo è assolutamente onesto."
