The only negative was the master doesn’t have walls all the way to the ceiling. If we didn’t have teenagers who wanted to stay up later than us it wouldn’t have been a problem though."

"Fantastic location, quiet, secluded. The craftsmanship is next level- a lot of intention and skill went into building this cabin, and it makes for a great vibe. I’m a stickler for aesthetics and this is pretty much a perfect log cabin. Also close to Grand Rapids, which makes errand and grocery runs easy. Would definitely go back!"

"The showers were great…both walk in and bathrooms updated. Beds were good. Table was great for gathering around. Kitchen adequately supplied for cooking. There are lots of stairs to get up to main level which isn’t shown in pictures. Door that goes into kitchen is not accessible from driveway area to unload. Overall a nice place."

"Cabin was exactly as described. Very cool historic cabin that has everything you need for a fun weekend. Will definitely be back!"

"Fishing and hiking was goal. First day beautiful early fall day about 73 and partly sunny. Caught a few bass and enjoyed the beautify lake that had little development and hope it stays that way! Cabin was perfect for location with so many other lakes to explore if bringing own boat, kayak or canoe. Hiking trails and Chippewa National Forest is awesome!"

"Snuggled amongst gorgeous trees with stunning views of the lake is the perfect place to stay with not only with your family but your friends entire family as well. Comfy beds, great gathering and eating spaces - we never felt crowded. Our dog loved every moment. Anything needed was already there. Great time was had by all enjoying the outdoor spaces along with the pool table, darts and shuffle board. Can't wait to stay again!"
