The bright and well-furnished apartment "Ramerino" in the seaside village of Pomonte on Elba offers views of the surrounding mountains and the sea. It is just a few steps from the beach and ideal for a relaxing holiday in a beautiful setting. The 65 m² apartment, located on the first floor of a typical Elban house, consists of a living room with a sofa bed for one person, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom, and can accommodate up to 4 people. Additional amenities include air conditioning, heating via heat pumps, a washing machine, and satellite TV. The entrance has a small fenced terrace, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee in the sun. Just a 3-minute walk (200 m) away you will find shops, a pharmacy, a bakery, restaurants, and cafés, while the sandy beach with crystal-clear water, ideal for refreshing swims and surrounded by the picturesque bay, is an 8-minute walk (600 m) away. After a 30-minute drive or 19 km, you can reach Monte Capanne, a popular tourist destination with a wonderful view of the island. The hilly area around Pomonte is also perfect for hiking or cycling along the coast. The island's airport is only a 24-minute drive or 15.5 km from the property.
