First Floor – Two-Room Apartment:
Accessed via an external staircase, it offers a beautiful covered terrace overlooking the greenery, a living room with kitchenette, a double bedroom, and a bathroom.
The two units have independent entrances, ensuring privacy and flexibility—ideal for those wishing to rent part of the property or enjoy separate living spaces during their stay.
THE SPACE
Casa Novella Two-room First Floor Sleeps 4. Apartment with independent entrance, consisting of a living room with a double sofa bed and TV, fully equipped kitchenette with induction hob.
