It’s perfect for those seeking a relaxing holiday, away from mass tourism, yet close to the charming villages of Marciana and Poggio and to the most beautiful beaches along the western coast. Every sunset here is a unique spectacle, and the silence of nature accompanies days of true well-being.

Three-room apartment for 4/5 people

The house is all on one level, bright and carefully furnished. It features a living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining table, and a cozy lounge area with sofa and TV. The master bedroom is spacious and welcoming, while the second bedroom, with two bunk beds plus a single bed, is ideal for children or friends. The bathroom is modern and equipped with a shower and washing machine. The interiors, characterized by wooden beams and light tones, convey a pleasant sense of harmony and simplicity.
Outside, a small patio will be furnished with a table and chairs.

The house enjoys a quiet and panoramic location, within walking distance of coastal trails and the beautiful beaches of Patresi, Chiessi, and Sant’Andrea, known for their crystal-clear waters and spectacular sunsets that paint the sea in golden and pink hues.
Please note: there is no private parking space, but finding a spot nearby is usually not difficult.

Minimum check-in age: 21 years (applies to groups of young people; families are welcome)

Check-in at our offices from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m., check-out by 11:00 a.m.
For check-ins after 8:00 p.m., a €50 surcharge applies.

Pets are not allowed

Security deposit (mandatory): €150. Refunded at the end of the stay after property inspection (if paid in cash, it will be refunded after 3:00 p.m.)

Bed linen and towels: €20 per person (must be requested at the time of booking; not bookable on site)
