Clean room. Though shower area was too small, the shower curtain sticks to your back while having shower. The concierge who welcomed was not so friendly, she was somewhat preoccupied when we arrived. Elevator wasn’t working so we had to use the stairs to bring our luggage to our room, though it was fixed that next day. Area was close to the train/bus station which was good.

Booked last minute for my daughter that was traveling to Portofino from Florence and lost the train connection at 11:30 pm in Pisa. The hotel is conveniently located walking distance from the train station. It is clean, 24 hr. Checking and friendly staff. Also it has a Café in the property. The girls spent the night super comfortable. I definitely recommend this hotel.

Convenient, walking distance to the airport. 10 min drive to the attractions. The bedding is very basic and not matching the $150 charge. But it is for one night and the staff is great!
