This stunning waterfront home boasts 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a dedicated office, all conveniently located near Mackle Park, the Museum, and the YMCA. The master suite features a king-sized bed, spacious walk-in shower on both sides, and dual sinks. The guest bedrooms are cozy with a queen bed and twin beds, all carpeted for comfort. Enjoy the luxury of both a family room and a living room, a separate dining area, and a private office—ideal for work-from-home vacations!

BOAT LIFT is not available unless with prior approval!

EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.

Pools are heated to at least 85 degrees but the heater only works when the pool motor is on. It does not run 24 hours a day. It will lose some temperature overnight and once pool heater turns back on it will heat the pool again up to the set temperature. Most Heat Pumps automatically shut off when the temperature drops below 50 degrees Fahrenheit to prevent damage

CANCELLATIONS must be made in writing at least 60 days prior to a WEEKLY RESERVATION scheduled arrival date. If it is a MONTHLY RESERVATION, it is 90 days prior. Cancellations received after that date will result in forfeiture of advance payment unless the unit is rebooked. All cancellations no matter when cancelled will be charged MIRP Booking Fee.
Please be aware that If you DO NOT take the travel insurance and you get sick and cannot make your trip you will not get your money back.

If you would like to pay by credit card there is an extra 2.5% fee which will be added to your rental. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out prior to arrival.
