The Space:

Double mahogany doors open into a freshly updated single-story home. New paint, new marble-look flooring, and all-new furniture sit under soaring tray ceilings and crown molding. The art is what people remember. A carved sun-and-moon hangs over a life-size zebra, a gilded lion watches over the office, and lit art glass fills the living room's built-in wall. It's a curated, one-of-a-kind collection, and it makes the house feel like a gallery you get to live in.



Kitchen. Black granite counters, white shaker cabinetry, double wall ovens, and a cooktop island give you room for real cooking. It's newly stocked with cookware, utensils, serving pieces, and glassware. Bar seating faces the living room, and a glass-top breakfast nook looks out over the pool and canal.



The lanai. This is the heart of the house. A large screened enclosure covers a free-form pool with turtle mosaics, a raised spa, and a newly laid paver deck along the canal.

Sleeping arrangements for up to eight guests:



Primary Suite: King bed, en-suite bath with a walk-in marble shower, rain head, and etched-glass heron panel

Bedroom 4: Queen bed - Daybed

2 Full baths service the queen rooms.



Guest Access:

Guests have exclusive use of the entire home, the screened lanai, the pool, and the spa. Driveway parking for 3 vehicles plus 2 garage bays.

The Neighborhood:

The home sits on a quiet, palm-lined street on Marco Island's south end, one of the island's most desirable waterfront pockets. Marco's beachfront is about a mile away, and the island's restaurants, shops, and marinas are a few minutes' drive. Naples and the Everglades are easy day trips.



Getting Around:

The canal leads out toward open water. Boat rentals, charters, kayak tours, and dolphin cruises all run from marinas nearby. A car is recommended. Beach chairs, umbrellas, a cart, a cooler, and beach towels for every guest are included.



Other Things to Note:

Single-story home with no interior stairs.

The artwork is the owner's personal collection. Please enjoy it with care and don't move or handle pieces.

One closet in the primary suite is reserved for the owner and stays locked.

Pool and spa use is at guests' own risk. Children must be supervised at all times.

No pets, no smoking, and no parties or events.
