Hello and welcome! Offered is our newly renovated 3 bedroom 2 bath house on a quiet waterfront street.with everything you'd need to enjoy your time in sunny Florida. This is not on a skinny 100 ft canal, the 660 ft wide water view is amazing

Living room features a cabinet sleeper sofa w/memory foam hide away mattress

We include every amenity & necessity you could wish for to make your Marco Island experience exceptional including a laundry room to wash your sandy bottoms, beach essentials, & bathroom toiletries. Our team is also just a text away!
The Waterfront Oasis is sanitized & cleaned to the highest standards! We work with our cleaning team to ensure that the home is spotless, so you can confidently enjoy your Florida vacation!
House is equipped also with smart TVs just bring your own sign in information. Provided also is 2 Sonos Move speakers for easy connection thru the Sonos App to enjoy light calming music with your peace views.
The home comes fully equipped with everything you need to enjoy the beach (chairs, towels, umbrella, & beach cart to easily get it all there). The kitchen and bathrooms are also fully equipped.
A normal canal is only 100 ft wide. The water frontage that our home rest on is 660 ft wide. Pictures don't do the view any justice
Recently completed renovations include bathrooms, kitchen, light fixtures, flooring, paint, all new furniture, etc

Best house in Marco Island
I just wanted to say that the house in Marco Island was one of the best I ever had for vacation, the house was super clean, very comfortable, it was very loving place. I can do it again, and I recommend to everyone to enjoy this beautiful house.
