Two couples stayed for a week and the house was exactly as described in the listing. It had everything one would expect to have a great beach vacation. We would definitely stay there again on our next trip to Marco!

Relaxing Birthday Winter Getaway

Beautiful canal home on the island!

Wonderful house in the canals minutes from all the shops, restaurants, beach. Plenty to do all around the house from swimming in the pool, fishing/kayaking the canals, great restaurants, beautiful beach minutes from the front door.

Nice property in a great location

I traveled here with my wife and two teenage boys. This property was in a perfect location for a short walk to the beach and easy access to all of the Marco Island amenities. In addition, the property was very nice, and we enjoyed laying out by the pool. The owner has paid extra attention to all the little details, so you have everything that you need right at your fingertips. Great stay. Would rent this property again.

Marco Vacation

We had a wonderful trip to Marco with my 3 children. The house is in a prime spot for public beach access within a short walking distance. The home was fully equipped with all beach gear needed (beach wagon, towels, chairs, toys etc). My kids enjoyed the heated pool. The home was clean and comfortable for my family of 5. I would definitely return to stay here again!

Amazing house and perfect location

We brought our 2yr old and 6month old during the last week of January. The house was perfect for our needs and the owners had things available to use for the little ones which made things amazingly comfortable. The location and quick walk to the beach were nice. The pool was heated and made swimming the whole trip enjoyable. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great House on the Canal

This was our first time renting on the canal and it was awesome. We saw lots of fish, a few dolphin, a stingray, and several birds. The house worked out great for our trip. The house was clean, well equipped, and close to everything. We will be back.

Perfect Vacation

Hello to all. We rented this house for 5 days only (I wish we could stay longer). It's a beautiful house, with all what you need for perfect vacation. Nice interior with great location. You can see sunrise in early morning right from the doc and in about 10 min walking distance there is amazing wight sent beach, where you can just walk, collect some gorges see shals, swim and watch unforgettable sunsat. Thank you for unforgettable time on Marco Island.

Excellent Location

The house was as described. It is a bit older and as a rental the furniture etc are not the newest - you can't blame them. But everything functioned. Florida is under extreme heat and humidity and the AC could not keep up. Most days it was 78 in the house. I must say the rental management company was phenomenal. They sent out techs and provided fans. The pool area was great for cooling off. The location to walk to beach was perfect. the rental company also gives a parking pass to their lot which is directly across from another public beach access. My kids also loved fishing off the back dock. I would recommend this house.

Great Location

This property was clean, comfortable, quiet and had all the things we needed (along with beach gear) for our stay in Marco. I stayed here for 5 nights with my wife, 16 yr old daughter and 10 yr old son. We all enjoyed this property very much. Nice pool area where we spent most of our time and was on a canal where we occasionally saw dolphins, pelicans, osprey and fish (burrowing owl in the yard next to us as well). Enjoyed sunrise and sunsets from the dock. Location was perfect for a short walk to the public beach access and easy to drive to nearby restaurants. Process for picking up the keys went very smoothly (no issues getting in and out). House had all the things one would need for a stay (well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies and everything worked without issue). The only minor issue we had was garage door opener that was provided did not appear to open the garage door (was not a real issue at all for us and did not take away from our enjoyment of the property, just something we noticed). Everybody in my family all said they would stay here again. I would highly recommend this property to anybody looking for a getaway to beautiful Marco Island.

Wonderful stay

We have stayed at many houses on Marco and this property was wonderful. Very clean, kitchen fully stocked, everything needed for a trip to the beach (wagon, cart, chairs) and lots of space for the family to spread out.
