All troubled blinds have been replaced in September. Such work was initiated in July but with Summer months fully occupied the contractor had to wait for the unit to be available in September. There is a famous "Double Sunset." The double is the reflection of the sunset in the lagoon. Imagine watching two suns slowly merging towards each other yet separated by the beach and the ocean. Both the sky and lagoon are flaming red. It's fantastic and romantic, especially if you see it from the 8th-floor balcony. Unfortunately, this "Double Sunsets" are only available during the winter season because the sun moves behind the front of the tower during Summertime. However, you can still see such from the poolside or beach. We will definitely speak with our contractor about adding a grab bar in the shower, thank you for sharing that suggestion. Should you have any specific suggestions as how to upgrade the unit I will be more than happy to hear them. Was it the furniture, or the carpet, or the pictures on the wall or the decor? I take my guests' views and suggestions very seriously. My guests' comfort and enjoyment are always on my mind. So please send me a list of your suggestions that I will definitely consider them. In case you do not already know the unit was recently renovated about one and half year ago, a very modern glass door walk in shower with accent across the tiled walls was installed in the master bathroom which has received many good comments, all kitchen counters were replaced with marble look alike quartz tops, all cabinets have been replaced with slow closing shaker style cabinet which my decorator recommended as the most popular and fashionable style, the ceiling in the kitchen was also raised with new lighting, the balcony floor was also replaced with marble look alike tiles which many guests love it while they are enjoying the breath taking view of Gulf from 8th floor, all carpet was replaced after Irma last year. The decor and wall pictures are purposely selected as classic and close to Tommy Bahamas style as suggested by my decorator. If you prefer more contemporary decor I do have another identical unit in the same tower on 3rd floor that is with much more modern decor and furniture with the same upgrade at the same time about one and half year ago. Evolve also manages that unit. I hope to hear from you again with your suggestions so I can consider them."
