  • Beautiful 3 bedroom - 3 bath , waterfront pool home with sunny southern lovely canal views.
    Enjoy Island Style living in comfort. Euro style decor throughout !
    Master Bedroom features a King size bed with lovely en-suite bath.
    Guest Bedroom #1 and Guest Bedroom #2 offer Queen size bed sets, and en suite baths.
    Large heated pool. Pool heated to 86
    Daily electrical allowance: $12
    Dock with Boat lift available. No boat or trailer parking on site-City of Marco Island rule.

    POOL HEAT. Pool heat is an optional price amenity. Some people use the pool, many do not. If you want a heated pool during your winter stay, we have a daily $ 25 pool heat charge. This is an add on charge and not included in the rental rate. Maximum pool heat temperature is 86 degrees. Occasional issues with pool equipment can result in no pool or spa heat. If so, there may be a credit for up to but not exceeding $25 per day for full days with no pool heat.

    Your home rental requires you cooperation and compliance with simple common sense house rules and Marco Island ordinances.
