"We had a lovely stay at Ankahan and Mehmet was the best and helped us with everything and was a good friend. The hotel was centrally located, just a short walk to everything. We also felt like queens staying in our room, it was gorgeous. We only wished we could have had breakfast on the terrace as they have such an amazing view. We did however have tea or coffee. I would not stay at another place in Mardin and would recommend everyone to stay at Ankahan."

"I would like to formally express my dissatisfaction with several aspects of my recent stay at that hotel. First of all, the hotel doorman, a young man, displayed a very poor attitude and was not friendly at all, which created a negative first impression. Additionally, the room was not clean upon arrival. There was visible dust that had fallen from the ceiling onto the beds, which is unacceptable. There was also no trash can in the room; the only one available was located in the...
