"This place is shady and it taught me to look up the conditions of a property before booking. I was pulling up with my kid’s to check in and there was a drug deal in the parking lot, a man circling my car like me was waiting for me to get out and park and there was no parking anyways! I’m so sorry but I wouldn’t stay here single or with kids. Women please beware! I refused to get out of my car and check in and it looked as if 2/3 of the rooms were occupied by full time residence with personal items sprawled along the outside of their rooms which just looked awful for people to see checking in"

"This spot, the house behind the houses part of a trio of small homes on the property with it’s own parking off the alley. Beautiful interior with a great tub and comfy bed. The neighborhood is near the waterfront in Vallejo - many of the places in this area have been renewed. The spot was just right for us! "

"Wonderful Home! A luxury experience with amazing bay views upon arrival. The house had everything we needed to make amazing meals and enjoy morning coffee and tea. The primary bedroom and bath has a spa style tub with all you would need to enjoy a soak. The hosts allowed us to use the garage to store our kayaks! "

"Avoid this property at all costs. The location is sketchy and feels genuinely unsafe. Inside, the place is filthy, not just dirty, but neglected and crawling with ants. This is not a vacation rental, it’s a health hazard. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere else. I’ve attached 8 photos, which is the maximum allowed, but I have over 30 more documenting the unacceptable conditions. Do yourself a favor and book elsewhere. This listing should be removed."
