The modern furnished apartment "Villa Anita Piz da Peres" is located in San Vigilio (S. Vigilio) and is an excellent starting point for excursions in the beautiful South Tyrol. In winter numerous ski slopes attract, while in summer you can hike extensively. The 70 m² apartment has a living room with a sofa bed for 1 person, a well-equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and can accommodate 6 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), SAT-TV and a washing machine (on request and for a fee). The child-friendly accommodation also provides a crib and a high chair upon request.
In the outdoor area you can start your day with a delicious breakfast on your balcony and enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains. From your hosts you can even get breakfast on request and for an extra charge. In the shared area you will find a sauna with shower and relaxation room to relax, a beautiful communal garden with covered terrace and garden furniture. There is also a barbecue where you can prepare delicious meals while the children play on the bouncy castle. A fitness room is also part of the property.
Centrally located, the apartment is just a few meters from several ski resorts and even has direct access to the ski slope. Within a 1-7 minute walk you can reach several restaurants and cafes. You can reach a bakery after 450 meters (6 minutes walk) and within a 3-minute walk several grocery stores and a butcher's store. The bustling Bruneck, the main town of the Puster Valley, can be reached in 20 minutes by car (17 km). The famous Three Peaks Nature Park is only 1 hour away by car (57 km).

Anita's place was great. We stayed here with our family and would definitely stay again. Super clean and excellent location.

Nicht wie erwartet
Die Lage der Unterkunft ist schön und die Wohnung an sich auch. Aber im Inserat stand 3 Schlafzimmer. Es waren aber nur 2. Das ist auf den Bildern nicht ersichtlich. Ein Bett wurde quer vor ein Doppelbett gestellt und das andere war die Couch im Wohnzimmer.
Vor Ort wurde gesagt, man werde eine Lösung finden. Im Nachhinein wurden nur Ausreden gefunden und jegliche Verantwortung zurückgewiesen. Sehr enttäuschend.
Außerdem würde man für 4 Sterne Duschzeug für jeden Gast und ein Stück Seife erwarten, genauso wie ein paar Spülmaschinentabs.
