I should have read the reviews because the rooms have no A/C and it was over 90°F (over 32°C) during my stay. The A/C is controlled by the front desk so we were suffocating in our room. Felt like it was turned off around 3am because I woke up and the room was super hot again. That alone is enough to ruin the trip! Additionally, the sink was clogged. I let the front desk know as we were leaving for the day that the sink was draining very slow and they said they would take a look at it. We came back and it was the same. We ended up brushing our face and teeth in the shower because it was so bad. I would avoid this place unless there is nothing else.

El único detalle, (que me llamó la atención en muchos otros lugares) es que siendo Italia un país tan turístico y con tanta afluencia latina, sea tan difícil encontrar personal que hable al menos lo mínimo en español. De todos modos funcionó el inglés. El lugar está muy bien para lo poco que estuvimos. Sólo el baño debería ser revisado, poca fuerza en el inodoro. Paradas de bus y tranvia a pocos metros. En general todo bien.

Great stay for price. Little of bit out of the way.

If you are looking for a way you to experience Venice but not spend a ton on a hotel this could be a great option for you. Staying on the mainland made our trip over £800 cheaper and as it was our mini-moon for directly after our wedding that's exactly what we needed. The bus stops right outside the hotel and takes your directly to Venice for €8 return. It takes around 40 minutes but is very convenient. The €4 breakfast is also well worth it.
