"Overall a good location and decent rooms. Second time here. Pros: -good location -nice heated pool -spacious room -restaurant on site -check out the gelato place on front of hotel Cons -rigid check in and check out times -rooms show wear -rooms are surface clean"

"The pool was comfortable and well maintained. Lovely area to sit and relax!"

"Very busy hotel. Check-in process was chaotic and we waited in restaurant for a long time. The lady at the front desk said she would call us when it was ready and did not. I went down to find a massive line. Our room was ready. They say cruise shuttle for a fee, but all they do is give you a phone number to an external company and you arrange it yourself so I don’t believe they should list this as a service they provide. The hotel shuttle from the airport you must call the hotel after you have your luggage. Rooms were decent but a little worn in the bathroom."

"we only stayed 1 night thank goodness. What a dump. TV would not work for more then 2 minutes without buffering. Toilet did not flush when we arrived. Bad WIFI, uncomfortable beds and towels that felt like sand paper. Oh yea did I mention the musty smell? The location was good though right at the water. "

"The property is conveniently located by the beach. The pool area closes at 6pm which was very disappointing to us, the staff kept pushing people out of the pool when there was still daylight, never experienced this in another resort."
