Cozy Cottage

Was close to all Wilton had to offer. Apt. was clean comfortable. Communicating with the owners was easy, always a quick response. Will definitely stay here again.

Cottage in Wilton Manors

This property is exactly as promised - clean, nicely furnished and walking distance to lots of restaurants and bars. This was the perfect spot for us. We will most definitely be returning.

Excellent location with a nice neighborhood around

I initially was going to stay in a different date but my plans changed last minute. I appreciate that Jeff and James offered me options and I loved to stay there. It’s so close to Wilton Drive where all the entertainment is in the Manors. Plus the place is lovely! Great hosts!

Amazing location and very clean

I was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience. Very clean, and the pictures don’t do the place justice. The location is very walkable to the drive, especially with some drinks in your system ☺️. We are rebooking again in the future.

Great location but could use a refresh

The location of this property is great. Very convenient to Wilton Drive and spots to go out. However, it is a bit worn and could benefit from a refresh (broken cabinet hinges, flat pillows, etc.). If youre going to be out at the beach and bars, this is a fine spot. If youre looking for a retreat to hang out at? This might not be the place for you.Overall, its fine but not 10/10 as many reviews state.

Awesome location

If anyone is planning on staying Yes here, it’s definitely a good location. The unit itself was clean quiet. The only thing that I was suggested the owners is some outdoor furniture for front An updated back furniture, An updated, lighting, solar, etc., very dark at night but that’s just me other than that We would definitely rent again

This House Needs Some TLC

The inside of the house was clean. However, the house has some maintenance issues that need to be addressed. The outside has not been maintained at all! The front porch is very slippery when wet and large puddles form around the driveway. The grass and the bushes haven't been maintained and the backyard is just a mess (This explains why they have no pictures of the outside posted). On the inside, the shower did not work and what little water came out was extremely hot (no adjustments). The closet doors in the guest bedroom are not properly attached and one fell while I was staying there (unsafe). The bright spot was management. They were very responsive when issues came up and moved us to a better property when a large incident surfaced with the maintenance guy (at no additional costs). This stayed was very difficult since we were attending a funeral and my elderly mother was staying with me. This is my first experience renting a VRBO and I'm not impressed!

Great location! Walkable to all the fun things to do on Wilton Drive. Hosts were easy to contact and quick to respond. Neat and clean accommodation with everything we needed for our weekend stay. Would definitely recommend and plan on booking again on our next outing to Wilton Manors!

Perfect location! Literally 5 minute walk to all the hot spots on the main drag. Clean and comfortable! Loved the beds!I loved the fact that the hosts were readily accessible to answer all questions promptly. I would strongly recommend this to anyone wanting to spend time in beautiful Wilton Manors. It was satisfactory, the bathroom was fine and very clean. The kitchen countertops should be refurbished and, though we did not use the stove, the stove top needed to be cleaned. There was a cockroach climbing the wall, but it is Florida and bugs happen so that qas not a real problem

The perfect location to be in walking distance to all that Wilton Drive has to offer. The host clearly and effectively communicated all necessary information and gave tons of recommendations for places to eat, shop, bar hop etc. Would definitely stay here again.

⸻I’ve stayed here before about a year and a half ago, and overall, the location is spot on. The neighborhood is nice and quiet, with the added bonus of free parking. The beds are very comfortable and clean, and I really appreciated the convenience of having an icemaker. The air conditioner also works very well—strong and cold.The host was very responsive when I noticed a couple of things that needed to be fixed, which I really appreciated.On the other hand, the cleanliness of the common areas could be improved. The property feels a little rundown, and updating the furnishings inside and on the patio would make a big difference.If you’re not looking for all the bells and whistles and simply need a comfortable place to rest your head for the night, this spot is suitable.

Nice Stay Close to Everything

The cottage was very nice. It is 2 BRs with 1 bath. The shower is nice and updated. The appliances are modern and in good condition. A/C was in good working order, and the washer and dryer on the side of the unit is a useful feature. We had no problems, and the host was great about communication. We would stay again, and we recommend for a good value for the money, close to everything in Wilton Manors.
