"The staff were friendly and happy to allow us to leave our bags when we arrived early. Very comfortable and spacious junior suite with a view to the Eagle's Nest on a clear day. The Indoor Pool was really nice with towels and changing facilities provided. It was no problem for us, but be aware that whilst the Expedia entry says there is a lift in the building, that is only reached after a dozen or so stairs up to reception and then the same again with quite a distance to walk to the lift on the 1st floor. Breakfast buffet was plentiful with good variety."

"Very convenient to the train station and busses. We arrived after the front desk closed and they were very accommodating to have a key in a lock box outside the hotel for us to get into our room."

"Very friendly and funny check in, very nice room and comfortable beds. Our shower was in good shape, although small (room 055). It is wand type shower and the hose on the wand was positioned so that it would point only at one of the walls. We could not place the wand so that it would flow towards the center of the shower. Temperature was easy to control with great water pressure and volume. The bathroom light is only activated by motion- there is no on/off switch. The result is when we used the bathroom during the night, it was like walking into a light bulb - very bright. And it remains on for a while when you go back to bed. The restaurant service and food were great. We would stay there again. "

"Two night stay whilst hiking in the area. Convenient underground parking, spotlessly clean room, excellent facilities, friendly staff, refreshing approach to recycling. Only negative being classic Northern European hotel air-conditioning that won’t go below 16 degrees or act as a fan. When the weather is 23 degrees outside with no wind, guests need air conditioning."

"An amazing stay, beautiful modern hotel with exceptional amenities and very accommodating staff. Right in the middle of town, you step out the door into a beautiful park. The breakfast was excellent and plentiful. We had a family room and everything was great for the kids."
