Das Konzept und die Aufmachung des Hotels sind super durchdacht. Das Personal ist super freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Essen ist abwechslungsreich und es war täglich für jeden etwas dabei. Alles in allem war es ein super Aufenthalt für unsere Kinder und auch für uns Erwachsene.

Wir waren bereits das zweite mal bei Tante Frida. Auch wenn uns das Wanderwetter im Stich gelassen hat, wurde es den Kids nicht langweilig. Es gab auch dieses mal wieder viele neue Attraktionen und wir vier haben den Aufenthalt erneut in vollen Zügen genossen. Wir haben Tante Frida schon vielen Freunden weiterempfohlen, weil es für mich einfach ein Hotel ist, dass keine Kinderträume unerfüllt lässt.

Einfach spitze. Ich habe wirklich hohe Ansprüche an Essen, Sauberkeit und Service aber diese wurden vollständig erfüllt. Die Mitarbeiter waren so aufmerksam, dass hab ich noch nie erlebt, nicht mal in 5* Hotels. Einfach rundum klasse, wir kommen definitiv noch dieses Jahr wieder. Einzig das Eltern Bett in unserem Zimmer war mit einem Krabbel Kind unpraktisch aufgrund der Ecken, aber das ist meckern auf Gang ganz hohen Niveau. Danke für die schönen Tage bei euch und bis bald.

Alles in allem war der Aufenthalt Ok, jedoch sind 7 Tage viel zu Lange. In dem Ort selbst gibts nichts was man machen kann. Als Tipp maximal 3-4 Nächte.

Super Hotel für Familien mit Kindern (dessen muss man sich bewusst sein, da immer eine gewisse Grundlautstärke vorhanden und es mal mehr und mal weniger laut ist, etwas uns aber nicht gestört hat), ein abwechslungsreiches Tagesprogramm für Kinder, Kinderbetreuung in bestimmten Zeitfenster, alles was das Herz begehrt Kino, Bowling, Bollerwagen, Familiensauna, Pool, Schlittschuhlaufen, auch was das Essen/Getränke betrifft (es wird auch auf Unverträglichkeiten eingegangen), sehr nettes und kinderfreundliches Servicepersonal, sehr schöne Umgebung - wir kommen definitiv wieder!

Die All-Inclusive Verpflegung ist wirklich hervorragend. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen, weder für die Kinder, noch für die Erwachsenen. Innenpool ist angenehm warm und die Rutsche der Wahnsinn. Einziges Manko: Wir bekamen beim Check-In fast keine Infos. Ein Infofolder oder kurze Übersicht am TV über sämtliche Aktivitäten wäre super gewesen.

Ein wirklich ganz, ganz tolles Kinderhotel! Es ist einfach alles durchdacht und so liebevoll gestaltet. Man braucht sich um nichts mehr kümmern u kann seinen Urlaub einfach genießen! Was uns besonders gut gefallen hat, sind auch die „Kleinigkeiten“ …das Kinderwaschbecken im Zimmer, die Schmutzlevel Duschgels, die Trinkflaschen, usw Es gibt wirklich rund um die Uhr Essen, man braucht sich also keine Gedanken um Snacks zu machen und die Eltern können das dann auch in Ruhe genießen. Wirklich toll gemacht u auch für die Eltern somit erholsam! Ganz besonders würden wir gerne dem gesamten Personal danken! Wirklich jeder , egal ob Reinigunskraft, Kinderanimation, Kellner od Rezeption, alle sind mega freundlich u gut gelaunt! Keiner ist genervt od unfreundlich, wie man es vielleicht erwarten könnte. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
