Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos- All Inclusive

"We stayed at Hyatt Ziva for 4 days and 3 nights, and it was such a happy and wonderful experience. When we arrived, Alfonso helped us with check-in, and we were so grateful for how kind and thoughtful he was. He understood exactly what we needed and made everything very easy and comfortable for us. Our concierge, Adrian, took care of everything we needed from the beginning to the end of our stay. Thanks to his attentive help and perfect arrangements, we were able to enjoy our vacation without any inconvenience at all. He continued to look after us with such care until the day we left. The hotel facilities were very clean and well organized, which we really appreciated. We also traveled with our young grandchildren, and we loved that the hotel atmosphere and all the facilities were very family-friendly. One small downside was that the rooms located in shaded areas felt quite humid because of the moisture. It would be even better if there were a better ventilation system to help reduce the humidity. We are so thankful to both Adrian and Alfonso for making our stay so special. If anyone plans to visit Los Cabos, we will definitely recommend Hyatt Ziva, and we will absolutely come back to Hyatt Ziva ourselves!"

"Our room had a musty smell that was not satisfactory resolved when the maintenance cleaned the vents. The phone didn't work to call for room service. The staff were very friendly and always willing to help. The restaurants were mostly average, not exceptional. The best food was at the wedding reception. We didn't get to the hibachi restaurant. The wait staff by the pool was excellent."

"Property is just as described, the hotel itself is beautiful, very small!!!! It’s relaxing but service was very poor. We constantly got ignored, we didn’t have the best vibes from the staff besides the host at ballena view restaurant and the chef at the Japanese restaurant. We tipped so well too which was even more sad because knowing so many people there do not tip at all, we felt like the workers just don’t want to be there. They rarely smile, they see you need something and go the other way. If it’s your first time traveling to Cabo you may think it’s great if you have nothing else to compare it to. I will not return. Service is everything and this place needs to train their employees to make the guests feel welcome and attended to."
