"I found the Philip Ann Resort a wonderful place to stay. For such a small location it offers multitude of games and activities on and around the resort. From the games room, sun decks, variety of lounge areas, restaurant , pool, jacuzzi, a tiki bar, and a DJ. There is a little something for everyone. The staff were very friendly and worked hard to ensure their customers had a great experience."

"What I did not like the most was the musty smell of the room. Did not bother to ask for room change as it will take a lot of time. Note that the smell stuck on my shirt after I woke up the next day. Also, the receptionist who took charge of our room assignments did not allow us for the three (3) rooms to be beside each other for the reason that they were not from the same booking. "The rooms were clean but the washrooms were small and outdated. Guess should bring their own hair dryer tooth paste etc. The food was ok. The staff were friendly. Extra fees to use their pickle ball, 2500 pesos, 5 K to go to the beach area."

"Pool was almost as advertised just wasn’t as hot as we expected. Basically room temp. Our internet was horrible. Kept kicking us off and couldn’t watch live tv because it would stop a lot. Place was beautiful and the staff was excellent. But for the price I was expecting a bit more of no hassle room issues. They do have free chauffeur service in local area and the staff was super helpful. "
