Completely redone after Irma, this apartment is perfect for family stays or for 2 couples thanks to its 2 bedrooms, its large kitchen and its terrace overlooking the rooftops of the Marina. Ideally located on the Royal Marina, it is close to shops, restaurants, bus stops, not far from the market and the pier for islands such as Anguilla and Saint Barth.

Great location!

Lovely unit in a great location. Great view of the marina from the second floor deck and the front of the unit faced the road where we had a great view of the mardi gras! The location is wonderful with excellent restaurants and shops in and around the marina and minutes walk to the market place. Definitely recommend!

Clean, spacious, walking distance to everything

We enjoyed this very clean, spacious apartment in the Marigot Marina. We spent most of our time on the deck overlooking the marina(cushions on the chairs would have been welcomed). Beds, seating, dining areas were very comfortable. Julia was a very responsive host. There are top quality restaurants & island excursions a few feet out the door. Bonus was a small grocery store and quality shopping district a 1/2 block away. Cab stand and open air market a few short blocks. Great location for Marigot.

Better than expected

The apartment overall was well represented on the app, but I was still pleasantly surprised. It was spacious, nice and had a great view. Neighborhood and access were not 5-star, but it was fine for me and I was still happy. Right downtown and close to everything I needed. Also, Julia was great. Very good intro and communications. I WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN!
