"Entre Terre et Mer" Studio, Anse des Sables Residence

  • The island of 36 beaches!!!
    On the bay of marigot, for rent very nice studio decorated with taste. Located in a secure residence with its swimming pool and private beach overlooking the Caribbean Sea and the island of Anguilla.
    This air-conditioned studio has a double bed, a sofa and a flat-screen TV. (small safe)
    A kitchen equipped with fridge, ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, crockery, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, hot water. (In addition a minimum of salt, pepper, oil, coffee, sugar, dishes....)
    A bathroom with its shower (hot water) and toilet area. Hairdryer and ironing board and iron.
    Charming furnished terrace overlooking a tropical garden.
    Capacity 2 adults
    Close to the shops of the city centre, the supermarket, the bakeries, the local market, the ferry terminal (for a getaway to St Barth or swim with dolphins in Anguilla), the royal marina, the marina fort louis, the fort, restaurants, exchange points, pharmacies, the post office, etc....

    Everything is close by so that you have a good stay!!!

Sabrina was great, went out of her way to accommodate our schedule. Very neat little studio. Its on the main drag, so its loud during the day, but you are sheltered from the street view by a nice little garden courtyard and fence. Easy walk into Marigot to shops and restaurants. Pool was clean, beach was small, but fine for a swim.

Joli studio très fonctionnel

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille à St Martin. Petit studio très fonctionnel dans une résidence avec piscine avec un accès à la plage à l’arrière de la résidence. Le studio est côté route et pas côté plage mais pas plus gênant que cela. Hôte très sympathique et serviable. Merci Sabrina 😘
