Units had everything you could want!

Small hotel, only the one floor. Helpful staff. Unfortunately very little cleaning of rooms daily, meant dust everywhere, spatter marks on shower screen. Shower gel dispenser emptied, then broke. Nothing was changed. Limited breakfast options, understandable as the 'kitchen' only had a microwave, but the lady who served every morning was as helpful as she could be, she deserves a raise.

We had an amazing stay. The hotel is beautiful, clean, confortable and in a great location. Staff is so nice and helpful. We would 100% stay here again and I could not recommend this place enough.

Excellent hotel in an excellent location. The room had a little kitchenette with everything you could want in it , including washing up stuff. I’ve never seen such a big closets in a hotel. Excellent bed excellent linens and towels , slippers gowns. Bathroom was well. Stocked. Iron ironing board coffee machine nice little sitting area in the room. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. Right on the Plaza de la Reina, which is near to just about anything you might want to walk to.. lovely rooftop, sitting area and bar with a very small pool. View from the rooftop is pretty neat too. Very close to the cathedral, the bell rings till midnight and then starts again around nine in the morning just be warned. But I’m sure anywhere around this area you’ll hear the bells.

This place was top notch. The service and attentiveness of the staff was better than I’ve had at any other high end hotel. This place was magic.
