"The room was great. Check in was slow, long line at a small property management office checking in multiple properties at once. It seems a simple key code would have skipped all that as my credit card info was already in the Hotels website. "

We called immediately and asked for some. None were delivered that day so we had to buy towels and toilet rolls.
