Location was absolutely amazing, staff and service was amazing, Transportation to centre of city every hour Tranquil getaway about a 10 minute drive from city Centre. Fantastic outdoor pool and incredible hot tub overlooking mount Vesuvius. Highly recommend

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 Ischia Magic — 5 Stars of Pure Island Bliss 🇮🇹🌊 This hotel is pure gold. The staff? Absolute legends. Warm, genuine, and somehow always nearby just when you need something. They treated us like old friends, but the kind of friends who also bring you fresh towels. Our room was cool, calming, and beautifully styled—like someone designed it just to make you feel at home. Everything felt polished without being pretentious. The whole place had a kind of relaxed elegance. We’re already planning our return! 🍋

We were welcomed with such warmth and offered a glass of bubbles or a non-alcoholic drink on arrival. We were given a family room not far from the rocky beach, with stunning views and perfectly placed sunbeds within the cove. The only downside was that we got caught in heavy rain, which unfortunately flooded our room. The staff quickly moved us to a room on the 2nd floor inside the hotel—what a beautiful room!—but it did mean we had to move all our suitcases up and down, as we had to retun back into our old room, which was a bit of an inconvenience as we were only there fir 3 nights. The staff, however, were all absolutely lovely. A special mention goes to Rocco at the breakfast bar, who was so helpful, friendly, and accommodating every morning an the guy at reception which I forgot his name. The restaurant was really good but a bit over priced considering there was not much food on the plate. I would definitely recommend this hotel but not for people with either a physical disability or physical inability as there are a lot of stairs, the lift was out of order but only within the building. However, thank you to all and thank you for let us staying, I will definitely return

Excellent staff. Staff made many reservations for us, private transports, private full day boat tour of Capri, and restaurant reservations. All were outstanding. We already had booked an upgraded room, so we did not need an upgrade upon arrival. Overall our experience was excellent.

I had a spotless room with the most comfortable bed I believe I have ever found in a hotel! The linens were top quality. Lighting was great. The staff (Cassie I think) was friendly and helpful. The location was very convenient for catching a train, bus, or subway. It seems that the hotel has taken a floor of an older building and renovated it, but you must find the hotel by going through a sawed out opening in a larger wooden door, finding building B in an interior courtyard along with a wire cage type of elevator that works very well when all doors are securely shut. Nothing seemed dangerous, just older and not kept up well. I am a 60 something woman traveling alone and was taken aback by all this. But I am so glad I saw it through and found this gem of a hotel!
