We had picked this stay for the spa facilities but this was undergoing maintenance and another guest had told us that the hotel charges extra for guests to use it (per hour) which was disappointing. The staff were polite and helped us check in quickly and did allow us to store our bags at the hotel on the last day after check out"

"The location of the hotel is great if you are taking vaporetto. The building is new and modern. Breakfast was good, with wide variety of choices. The staff seem short handed, only one front desk was on duty during busy check in/out. When I arrived, the soap/shampoo was empty/not restocked. Staff had limited knowledge of transportation and gave me wrong information (please double check the info for yourself). "

Great location on the Main Street just a few minutes walk from both the Water bus station and the beach (in opposite directions). Plenty of bars and restaurants nearby if you don’t want to eat at the hotel. "

"Great hotel ideally situated to explore Murano and beyond with good links to Venice and surrounding islands only a short walk away. The staff are professional, friendly and helpful. The rooms are of a high standard and the bed is made daily along with a fresh supply of towels. We had a lagoon view and the gentle lapping of the water and views across the lagoon were a welcome sight each morning. Breakfast was plentiful. Fresh fruit, cereal, meats and cheeses as well as a hot selection of bacon, eggs and mini sausages. The waiting staff are lovely and happy to accommodate and hot drink requests. There is a rooftop terrace which is nice to relax in after a day of walking and this overlooks the lagoon too. All in all a great hotel that comes recommended. "
