Great stay, spotless room!

Staff, cleanliness, restaurant, and fitness room were all great. It’s the paper thin walls that made it hard to sleep. Elvin’s so close to the airport I assume there are lots of people up early and the constant slamming of doors, being able to hear people in the hallway, and the outside traffic made it hard to sleep.

Very convenient for late night arrivals or early morning departures at San Jose’s Juansantamaria international airport.

The hotel room is very clean, good location. Employee very nice . The snacks on the top of refrigerator in the room are kind of confusing. They are next to the coffee bags, which we assume is free, there’s no sign of change for the snack bags. We thought they are free, ended up to pay $8 for a very small bag of peanuts. The guy went to the room checking if we used any items from the refrigerator didn’t speak English and didn’t told us that those small snack bags would be charged . It was embarrassing to tell front desk that we didn’t take any thing from the fridge and we should not be charged.
