Holiday Home in Maring by River Mosel

Stay near a river and enjoy a magnificent vacation form this 2-bedroom holiday home in Maring-Noviand. It is perfect for a family of 4 with children to relax and enjoy the central heating and furnished garden.

Wine lovers can enjoy a vacation of a lifetime here with an excellent wine region in the surrounding. Learn and admire history from Bernkastel-Kues with its Burg Landshut castle ruin and the medieval market square. You can enjoy a swim from the nearby River Mosel. There is a forest at 100 m to explore. The town center and supermarket are at 600 m and restaurants are at 1 km.

The house is a former mill with a cosy atmosphere, central heating, and an open gallery. You and enjoy the evenings cooking dinner from the modern kitchen or watching TV in the living-dining room. Kids can use the children's bed and high chair and have fun playing in the furnished garden.

Het huisje is leuk en sfeervol, maar er is maar een echte slaapkamer, de tweede is via een laddertje naar een zoldertje, alleen geschikt voor kinderen in de basisschool leeftijd. Je zit dicht bij Bernkastel-Kues en het hele Moezeldal is van hieruit te bezoeken. Er is een tuin met terras achter het huis, maar omdat je op de eerste verdieping zit moet je wel omlopen om er te komen. Op de begane grond is een carport en een afgesloten ruimte. Tegen het huis aan zijn nog twee wooneenheden, maar van de bewoners merk je alleen een auto die soms wegrijd, het zijn geen vakantie woningen. Apparaten zoals magnetron,afwasmachine en wasmachine zijn niet aanwezig. Als totaal vinden we het wel leuk.

wunderschön hergerichtetes altes Mühlengebäude, mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Schöne Sitzecke draußen, tolle Wiese, auch für Kinder sehr schön zum spielen geeignet!

Schön eingerichtete, gemütliche Ferienwohnung mit allem, was man benötigt. Unkomplizierte Verständigung mit Vermieter, Umgebung bietet Möglichkeit zur absouten Erholung aber auch als Ausgabgspunkt vieler Unternehmungen, für Einkäufe und Restaurants muss man allerdings etwas fahren. Ausspannen und Ruhe genießen

Ruhig, Natur nahe und zum abschalten des altages perfekt geeignete Ferienwohnung. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten weiter weg 15 min mit dem Auto, aber einmal einkaufen und dann nur noch die Ruhe des Baches und der Natur genießen vollkommen möglich. Wir kommen gerne wieder um einfach einmal die Zeit zu vergessen.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig in einem Tal. Die Wohnung ist (wie bereits den Bildern zu entnehmen) sehr gemütlich eingerichtet. Der große Garten bietet gute Möglichkeiten zum entspannen, die Füße im Bach zu kühlen oder auf der Terasse zu speisen.

Küche

Wir waren überrascht von dem schönen Fachwerkhäuschen und der geschmackvollen Gestaltung. Wir haben uns Tag und Nacht sehr wohlgefühlt. In der Küche haben wir eine gute Pfanne vermisst, doch letztendlich kamen wir gut klar und kommen gerne wieder.
