I had 2 rooms during my stay. The first room had what appeared to be water damage on the ceiling and possible mold build up, also the shower head was messed up, just sprayed a bunch of water out the tub and flooded the room pretty much. Also, the sofa was leather and excessively pealing, while the single seater was aggressively dirty. Second room I was hoping to be better but the bathroom door track was broken so the door couldn’t close, the sofas also had dirt stains, and I found a total of 3 roaches during my stay along with a huge moth. The moth was understandable, but the roach was disgusting. What’s considered to be a resort is not a resort at all. They were just apartment stays in a sense. They don’t offer what real resorts offer and they don’t keep up with maintenance. I will NEVER stay here again.

Overall, we had a great stay. The rooms were clean, the staff was welcoming and friendly, the pool was beautiful, and the lake view was amazing. The only downside was the breakfast, which was a huge disappointment. It offered only a few hard-boiled eggs, sliced bread, very poor-quality coffee, and a limited selection of fruit. On top of that, there was always a long line of guests waiting. We stayed for five nights but had breakfast at the hotel only once because it simply wasn’t worth it. For a hotel of this standard, I expected a much better breakfast. Improving the breakfast would make this hotel even better.

This place is old outdated dirty on the outside looks like an abandoned hotel that has no upkeep! Don’t waste your money or time at this hotel!!

Everyone was very nice! Property was clean. We loved the restaurant attached Highly recommend!!
