"The wait staff and front desk staff were very helpful and polite, however, the lady who cleaned our room, was rude and very unfriendly, she ruined our experience, and it was all because we asked her for a clean towel."

"Staff was so helpful. Lobby area was lively and very modern. Location was excellent for visiting Bari Vecchia . Our room was basic and older, but we only stayed for one night before our flight."

"The front desk staff (Serena) was incredibly helpful getting us in early and storing our luggage as we had an early flight. Nice area to walk around as well and breakfast selection was great. Not so great? You cannot control room temp at all-it is preset. This is really frustrating. The bathroom towels were like the towels we had in our junior high locker room: thin and scratchy."
