"I really loved my stay! The owners are very kind and the breakfasts were my favourite part of the day 😊 Great location with cafes, restaurants and shops close by. Nestled in the old town with beautiful buildings and close to the water front. Very clean and nice rooms. Thank you for a great time in Ayvalik, I would love to come back!!"
"1) the advertisement on the website is misleading: it is a hostel with shared bathrooms yet it is offered as a boutique hotel. 2) I bought my stay through hotels.com and chose to pay at the check-in but the owner had called me before I arrived and said she only accepts cash. I have not seen such an approach in my entire life, forcing customers to pay cash and this is not written anywhere, no warning nothing. 3) i had to chase them to get an invoice after their various excuses not to issue it....
"Clean and charming room with a balcony overlooking the bay and town. Super nice and helpful innkeeper who also spoke English. Very good breakfast in top floor dining area with big glass windows and views in all directions. Also a great location in the middle of the old town. If you drive, talk to them first before trying to navigate to the hotel."
"Very lovely hosts with a lot of pride in their pansiyon. They both made the effort to converse with us, despite the language barrier, and made us feel very welcome. Spotlessly clean room & bathroom, plenty of space, and well located down one of the many laneways of the town. It has a huge roof terrace with table & chairs, plants, & a view of the chimneys & minaret"
