"Don't be fooled by the parking - the underground parking signed 'Hotel Parking' is not affiliated with the hotel and costs a fortune. Although the staff will tell you this at check-in, there is every chance you won't use the check-in as you're warned by text message that 'time is running out' to check-in on-line"

"There is no shuttle at all, which was a disappointment overall. The staff at the hotel, however were extremely helpful and considerate. We thought that the hotel’s location was ideal and would most definitely recommend it for its breakfast, staff and location."

"We arrived a bit early, but we were welcomed and had our rooms well before check in. The hotel is beautifully decorated and well maintained. The breakfast was very good. I highly recommend this hôtel as it’s centrally located. "

"Good location, super close to the train station and quick walk to Little Tokyo for some good bites. Unfortunately my room was not ready for check in at the appropriate time and I felt some areas of the hotel could’ve been kept cleaner such aa the indoor pool area and breakfast was a little underwhelming. Overall a good stay for the price, though I’d recommend venturing out for breakfast. "

"Major work going on in the corridor outside our room, which we were not advised of. The workmen immediately outside of our door woke us up in the morning and we had to navigate dozens of wires hanging from the ceiling to get to the lift. Should have told us about this when we booked and when we checked in "

"Lovely team, but the room upgrade didn’t work well for us, it was far too noisy and needed new carpet and few touchups in the bathroom.. just to combat the mould and the toilet stains and wobbly seat. TV missing from the seating area and too many furnitures cluttered there, so no room to walk.Otherwise the team was lovely, but wouldn’t stay in this room again for €240 extra on the top of our booked room."

"The staff are fantastic. Helpful, friendly, always smiling, multilingual. Our only issue as mentioned in many other reviews is the lack of amenities in the rooms or even on the floors. To have to schlep down to get water is really silly. If you feel that a daft amp and radio are more useful than say a coffee machine, a kettle, water or a small fridge, then so be it. But at least have a water fountain in the hallway on each floor so we don't have to get dressed just to come down and disturb your hardworking team for such a basic thing. Otherwise 10/10 on all else. Comfy beds. Lovely views. Well soundproofed. Phenomenal location, near everything. We would stay again in a heartbeat"
