"Our family of 2 adults and 2 kids felt welcome here. Supringly quiet and dark rooms, loved the curtains on the bunks. Staff were great. Great to have a supermarket and are Te Papa on doorstep. Some instant coffee and a couple of tea bags would have been a nice touch. "

"Very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The rooms are clean, comfortable with good beds and access to electricity and wifi. The showers and toilets are clean and well lit. Communal areas are also good. Highly recommended overall."

"The place was REALLY dirty and full of flies. It was full of long termers (really nice and friendly people) and it seemed fun place to stay if you were working somewhere close but as a traveller it wasn't so pleasant when the dorm room door was open and there were a lot of people from another rooms just hanging out. "
