The apartments are located in separate buildings in the yard of the landlord, which is located in natural and rural surroundings.   A barbecue area invites you to relax and feast. You can park your car or bike on the landlord's property. On request in the morning (Monday to Friday) hanging fresh bread at your door. The initial supply of bed linen and towels we provide you free of charge.

Insgesamt entspricht das Objekt dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation war ausgezeichnet, auch telefonisch. Negativ: Auf dem Teppichboden des Schlafzimmers waren Tierhaare (vermutlich helle Hundehaare). Da der Beutel des Staubsaugers voll war, war wohl die Reinigung nicht effektiv. Wir haben den Beutel selbst gewechselt und gesaugt. Die Lattenroste entsprechen nicht dem heutigen Standard (nur Bretterroste). Verstellbare gefederte Lattenroste fänden wir angemessener. Einige Kaffeetassen waren nicht richtig sauber. Die Thermoskanne war mit älteren Belägen behaftet, haben wir daher auch nicht benutzen wollen. Alle großen Messer waren stumpf. Bei allen kleineren Defiziten wäre eine regelmäßige Kontrolle wünschenswert. Ferner fehlte uns ein wenig "die Liebe zum Gast". Eine Handseife im Bad, ein paar Kaffeefiltertüten, Öl und Essig vielleicht. Dennoch haben wir uns dort wohl gefühlt.

Trotz allem ein schöner Urlaub

Wir konnten leider keine Einweisung der Vermieter genießen, der Ehemann beobachtete uns ständig was wir machen. Auf der Terrasse fehlte ein Sonnenschirm, deshalb war frühstücken nicht möglich in der prallen Sonne. Die Vermieter waren teilweise sehr unfreundlich. In der Ferienwohnung selbst war leider nichts, es musste alles gekauft werden, sogar Tabs für den Geschirrspüler. Bei Ankunft lief dort eine Fete bis 0 Uhr, als wir den dritten Tag draußen Musik hörten, kam der Vermieter um 21:39 Uhr das wir leiser sein sollten. Aus diesem Grund haben wir die Ferienwohnung nur zum übernachten genutzt und sind sehr spät in unsere Unterkunft zurück gefahren. Außerdem waren große fliegen an der Decke und viele große Spinnen in der Wohnung.

nicht gemütlich und für ein erholsamen Urlaub geeignet

leider waren wir mit dieser Unterkunft nicht zufrieden. Alle punkte wie folgt, - Wirtsleute nicht bei Ankunft anwesend - kein freundlicher Empfang, Rasen wurde nach unserer Ankunft gemäht - Schlafzimmer gleicht einer Dunkelkammer mit ca. 9 m² ein Ehebett + ein Doppelstockbett, ein Fenster über dem Kopfende von 50 x 50 cm und ein Blick in ein altes Carport mit Holz und einem alten Wohnwaagen - Bad / WC i.O. aber das Fenster geht zum Esstisch zu öffnen - sehr zu empfehlen!! und keine Heizung im Bad!! - Küchenfenster war eine Aussicht zu einer alten Hauswand in einer Entfernung von ca. 1 m, unsauberes Geschirr, schmutziges Rollo, sehr schmutzige Kaffeemaschine, kein Eierkocher vorhanden, kein einheitliches Besteck und Geschirr - Wohnzimmer liegt ein sehr stark benutzter Teppich, Sofa ist in die Jahre gekommen und hat auch ein sehr muffigen Geruch - essen nur im Vorbau möglich, nicht beheizbar, sehr verschlissene Tischdecke und in die Jahre gekommenen Stühle Zusammengefasst, nicht zu empfehlen nie wieder!!!

Sehr nette Gastgeber, sehr schöner Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung bietet alles was man im Urlaub braucht, platztechnisch auch für 2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder plus kleinem Hund gut geeignet. Ausflüge: Richtung Rostock, Stralsund oder Zingst? Alles in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen. Vielen Dank für das tolle Wochenende.
